We do not accept pets.

Although we do not have an elevator, we are happy to carry your luggage to your room. If climbing stairs is a challenge for you, we do have accommodations available on the first floor of the inn. Room rates include a full, hot breakfast from May through October; and include a deluxe continental breakfast from November through April. House rental rates do not include breakfast.

All rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and are subject to Massachusetts rooms tax of 9.7%. Most rooms can not accommodate more than two (2) guests. Where triple or quad occupancy is possible, the charge for each extra person (infant, child, or adult) is $25 per night plus tax, and must be arranged in advance. A 100% deposit is required for one-night and two-night stays; a three-night deposit is required when a three night minimum stay is in effect; a 50% deposit is required for stays of 5 nights or more. A credit card deposit will be charged to your card immediately on the day your reservation is taken. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. All reservation confirmations are subject to our receipt of your deposit, which will be applied to the last night(s) of your reservation. Fourteen (14) days advance notice of cancellation is required for a deposit refund, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received less than fourteen days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded.

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Carte Blanche.

A two night minimum stay is required on weekends, May through October. A three night minimum stay is required on holiday weekends and special events.

Check-in Time is 4:00 p.m. until closing; Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.. From May through October the reception desk is open from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m.. From November through April the reception desk is open from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 7:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. After hours check-ins must be arranged in advance.

Our outdoor, heated swimming pool is open seasonally.
